Bryant Goldsmith

Born and raised in Adams County Bryant Goldsmith graduated from Corning High School in 2007.  During  high school  he enjoyed participation in football and track especially running the 400 open at state. He chose to attend DMACC for one year before going on to Kirkwood Community College to acquire an Associate Degree in general education along with training in radiology.  Bryant indicated that the scholarship money he received from the Corning Education Foundation was very helpful  especially for buying text books needed.

Bryant’s  parents are Todd & Debbie Goldsmith of Corning IA, and his grandparents are Dean Goldsmith of  Nebraska , Barb Adams, and Dean & Rita Stamps of Corning IA.

Upon receiving his degree,   Bryant decided he wanted to farm and returned to Corning to pursue a career in farming. Most of his time is spent farming but he has always found time to race hobby stock cars and ride motorcycles.

The Education Foundation is proud to have been able to help Bryant further his education. The community continues to reap the benefits of his education through his participation in the local economy as he and his family operate their farm.
